Our board members are a diverse group of individuals with a range of expertise and experience.
They come from different professional backgrounds, but they are all united in their commitment to supporting the youth and the disadvantaged women in communities.
The board members of DSI are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing financial and operational management, and ensuring that our work aligns with our mission and values. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table and work tirelessly to ensure that DSI is able to make a positive impact in the world.
Adebanke Orimolade
Banke is an accomplished counsel and company secretary with several decades of experience providing legal, corporate governance, company secretarial services, private trust, and real estate services.
She worked with Travant Capital Partners Limited (an alternative investment firm) as General Counsel. Prior to this time, she was Senior Vice President (Legal and Administration) at Ocean & Oil Holdings Limited. Before joining Ocean & Oil Holdings Limited, she was Vice president at Asset & Resource Management Company (ARM) where she led the legal and compliance unit and had oversight of the private trust services. She had working stints at Dunlop Nigeria Plc and the Lagos Business School before joining ARM.
She is a cofounder of Cosec Administrators – a niche legal and business advisory service provider which specializes in all aspects (including training) of business advisory, corporate governance, and estate planning.
Banke attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and obtained her master’s degree in law at Kings College, University of London. She is called to both the Nigerian and Ontario Bars. Banke is a Chartered Secretary and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Nigeria.
Mrs. Abolanle Ajibade
Mrs. Abolanle Ajibade, proprietress of Hopewell Group of Schools is a trained lawyer by profession. She graduated at the Obafemi Awolowo University in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.
She served at Segun Okunowo & Co for about 6 years before starting a partnership, Ajibade & Adenipekun, in 1997.
She practiced all aspects of law until the year 2003, when her love and flair for children prompted her to establish the Hopewell Nursery and Primary School. The school was founded precisely in March 2003.
Mrs. Ajibade thereafter attended several courses and seminars on School Administration and School Management, Early years foundation, Montesori courses both in Nigeria and abroad. She also holds a PGDE in Educational planning and administration from the prestigious University of Lagos.
In 2010, the secondary arm of the school, Hopewell College, was established.
Students of Hopewell Schools at various levels have continued to excell academically, earning laurels for top performances in various colleges and tertiary institutions.
Titilayo Sorungbe
Titilayo Sorungbe studied law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar. She holds LL. B, PSM, SSM.
She practiced as a legal practitioner for several years in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in civil matters before relocating abroad and is currently a Scrum Master with AT & T Services, USA one of the largest telecommunications Company in the US.
She was the General Secretary of the Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation Europe, Vienna, Austria Chapter and has participated in several international conferences.
She is undetaken community services as a social worker in the diaspora and a member of a number of reputable international Organisations including Graduate Women International (GWI). She is also the First Secretary General of Development Support Institute (DSI)

Justina Philip Emefiene
justina Philip Emefiene hails from Arue Uromi in Esan north east local government area Edo state. She was born in Warri, Delta state.
She started her educational pursuit in Army children school Jos, plateau state from where she proceeded to Government secondary school Riyom, Riyom local government, Plateau state for her secondary education.
She attended the Edo state university Ekpoma where she obtained a degree in sociology, a Masters degree in Business Administration with special bias in Human Resource management from the Lagos State University. In 2005 she obtained a diploma in security management from the University of Lagos. I am also a certified security professional. she started her career at the Benin Owena River Basin Development Authority in Edo state as a personnel officer from where she joined Bi Courtney Aviation Services.LTD Lagos State. Justina Emefiene is currently the MD/CEO ST. CLAIRE Nigeria LTD
An associate member of the chartered institute of personnel management of Nigeria.
She is married with children.
Jacqueline ‘Yemi Odiadi
Jacqueline ‘Yemi Odiadi has over two decades of experience in organizational capacity building, business development, training, and advocacy generally. Jacqueline is widely travelled, a multi-skilled professional, Lawyer, Governance Professional, Management Consultant and Outsourcing Advisor. She has trained, coached stakeholders at all levels, including community organizations, government officials and small businesses in communities on economic development and women’s empowerment.
She is well-versed in design, management, and monitoring of donor-funded projects. She provides Research, Evaluation, Needs Assessment, Project Design, Implementation, Assessment, M & E for Sustainable Development including EU/World Bank projects on Governance reforms in Nigeria.
She is the Principal Partner in Samuel J. O. & Associates (a Law Firm); a Managing Partner in Lewis Partners Consulting (a Management Consulting firm); Founder/CEO Development Support Institute (DSI) Ltd/Gte (an NGO). She serves on the Council of a number of professional bodies. She is also a founding member of MAICO; she is married with children.
